- ESSEL thermocouple
& Sensors are specifically designed for heavy duty industrial
applications. These sensors obtain long term accuracy & stability
with fast response and high insulation resistance. A wide range of
sheath diameter, in metal & ceramic are available.
High temperature industrial ceramic sheathed thermocouples are offered
for the temperature range 0-1600 deg. celsius, with Aluminous porcelain,
Recrystallised Alumina or Mullite tube & Insulator for better life
of precious metal thermocouples such as Pt-Pt-Rh elements.
- The typical applications
of ESSEL thermocouple & sensors are in - Furnace, Kiln, Oven,
Boiler, Flue Gas, Galvanising Bath etc. ESSEL Head type sensors are
available in - Fe/K(J-type), Cr/Al(K-type), Pt-Pt-Rh 10% (S-type),
Pt-Pt-Rh 13% (R-type) & R.T.D.(Pt-100) with both simplex &
duplex versions.
Junction box for all above sensors are available in Weather proof &
Flame proof (CMRS approved) versions & made in Aluminium castings
with single & double cable entry size 1/2" NPT 7 3/4" ET.
